Do you want to return your order or exchange it for another item/size? Are you not completely satisfied with your new must-have(s)? It can happen! Luckily, you can easily return or exchange your purchase (provided the item(s) meet the return conditions).
1. Register If the order meets the return conditions, we ask you to report your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@aetherionelite.com. Please mention the #order number in the subject line.
2. Pack Pack the item(s) together with the packing slip in the original packaging. Fill in the reason for return and/or exchange on the packing slip.
3. Send Take your package to a post office. At the post office, create a return label with the following return address: Zuiderpark 49B, 1433PS Kudelstaart. The return shipping costs are your own responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by us. The cost of returning depends on the carrier.
4. Refund If the product meets our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the package, to the account used for payment.
Return Conditions It is important that your return meets the following conditions: The items must be in their original condition with labels attached.
We do not accept returns if: - The items were not registered with us within 14 days of receipt - The items have been worn or used - The items smell of perfume, food, or smoke - The items contain makeup stains - Items are on sale
Important information about a return shipment: - You are always personally responsible for a return shipment. We cannot be held responsible if the return package is not delivered to us or if the package gets lost. Therefore, always keep the track & trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived. - Does the track & trace show that we have received your return? Within a maximum of 3 working days, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Exchanges Would you like to exchange an item? Register your exchange via info@aetherionelite.com.
Within 1–2 working days, you will receive a reply on whether we were able to reserve the new product for you. After that, you can return the product to us according to our return policy.
